How to report an issue
If you see a factual error, broken claim, outdated pricing reference, or misleading recommendation, report it through the contact path and include the page URL.
- Factual errors move ahead of routine refreshes
- Partner disputes do not override factual correction needs
- Trust labels may be downgraded while issues are reviewed
What happens after a report
Reports should be triaged, checked against source evidence, and fixed with update language that reflects the real level of change.
- Minor fixes update the page directly
- Material corrections should be reflected in page copy and updated date
- If the evidence collapses, the page should leave publication
